Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Able to use basic tools of measurement, such as calipers, micrometers, rulers.

Job Description

• Assy is small parts assembly. Assembling small catheter parts, medical device.
• Candidate with small parts assembly experience, microscope or inspection.
• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Able to work without defined SOP's or SOP's in progress. Adheres to quality guidelines.

Potential Temp To Hire

• Looking for someone with Clean room, MFG experience. not so much small part Assembly, need someone that can work on our ovens and front end operations, clean room or medical assembly.

Basic Qualifications

• Entry level - at least 6 mo. exp.
• Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
• Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Enter batch information into database
• Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
• Perform inspection of own work of prior manufacturing operations

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical device / Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Minimum One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience with small parts assembly experience, microscope or inspection.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as calipers, micrometers, rulers.
• Able to work with razor blades, tweezers and microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail. Clean room experiences preferred.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
