Harvey Nash is seeking a General Affairs Manager in Plano, TX, onsite, to oversee travel, expatriate support, vendor services, and facilities operations. The role manages the annual GA department budget, implements SOPs, and prepares performance dashboards for leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR, 3+ years supervisory experience, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. Strong communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management are required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT; identify coverage gaps and drive resolution
  • Manage corporate lease vehicle program: renewals, compliance, vendor coordination
  • Evaluate GA-related invoices for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with Finance and vendors
  • Maintain space inventory records, floor plans and occupancy data; prepare utilization reports
  • Develop bilingual meeting materials, status reports and follow-up docs for cross-regional alignment
  • Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with HQ standards and US requirements
  • Develop GA performance reports and dashboards for management and HQ review

Summary

TheGeneral Affairs Manager is a member of the Human Resources Division LeadershipTeam and is responsible for managing the following Team Member services: domestic and international travel, Expatriate assistance, vending and foodservices, janitorial services, administrative supplies, and Company sponsoredevents.


Theincumbent is also responsible for managing the annual departmental budget.

Payrate : $38.45 Hourly on w2 (Biweekly payment system)

Overview


  • Leadscross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and ITfunctions; evaluates work coverage gaps and drives resolution.

  • Managescorporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring,and vendor coordination.

  • EvaluatesGA-related invoices for accuracy; resolves discrepancies with Finance andvendors to ensure timely and compliant processing.

  • Managesspace inventory records including floor plans and occupancy data; conductsspace utilization analysis and prepares reports to support planningdecisions.

  • Developsbilingual meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up documentationto support cross-regional collaboration and alignment.

  • Developsand maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with HQstandards and US operational requirements.

  • DevelopsGA performance reports and dashboards for management and HQ review,covering key metrics, cost trends, and initiative progress.


AdHoc


  • ManagesCompany-sponsored employee engagement events and programs, including VIPvisits and other onsite activities.

  • Managesday-to-day facility operations including maintenance requests, cleaning services,security access administration, and supply management.


PreferredEducation & Experience:


  • Bachelor'sDegree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field

  • Three(3) years of supervisory experience
