Responsibilities

  • Daily communications with LA28’s Ticketing Team & On Location Company regarding ticket operations.
  • Review of Ticket guide, Terms & Conditions, managing of purchase tickets, support payment process/invoicing, track and close subsidiary inquiries.
  • Manage CTP (Competition Ticket Portal) for Olympic Partners.
  • Manage LA28 & On Location ticket portals and communicate with client subsidiaries.

Payrate : $29.99 Hourly on w2 (Biweekly payment system)

Working in Glendale, California office every day, 5 times a week(Parking Fee provided)

KEYRESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
KeyResponsibilities:
Ticket Operations:
  • Dailycommunications with LA28’s Ticketing Team & On Location Company withregard to ticket operations
  • Tasksincludes review of Ticket guide, Terms & Conditions, managing ofpurchase tickets, support payment process/invoicing,
  • trackand close out subsidiary inquires
  • Willalso manage CTP (Competition Ticket Portal) which is a system made by LA28to manage tickets for Olympic Partners
  • Managingthe Ticket portals of LA28 & On Location
  • Communicationswith Client Subsidiaries answering their questions about ticketing,managing their costs, and hotel needs
Management of Olympic Office:
  • Dailymanagement of the office includes, taking care of monthly payments,management of equipment, purchasing/organiziing
  • suppliers,and other administrative duties to ensure material needs are met
  • Preparingadhoc reports/documents as instructed
Research:
  • Prepareand share monthly news on LA28 matters including news from the IOC, LA28,USOPC and local partners. (in Korean+English)
  • Factfinding about LA’s restaurants, events, and places of interest
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5years of experience in Sports marketing/Marketing industry
  • (MarketingGroup of Sports Team, Sports Marketing Agency, Sponsorship team within acompany, etc.)
  • Strongknowledge of Hospitality (Including hotel operations, ticket operation)
  • ExceptionalManagement skills, communication, reporting (mid reporting) and escalating
  • Familiaritywith consumer behavior trends and strategies to enhance brand preference
Skills:
  • Exceptionalrelationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experienceof working in hospitality (hotels, restaurats,e tc)
  • Strongevent management and presentation skills to influence high-level audiences
  • Mustbe fluent in Korean (language, reading/writing/speaking) and English
  • Strongproficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AI Platform (notmandatory but it will be good asset)
