Job summary

Hyundai Mobis in Blythewood, SC is seeking a General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead GA functions for MSCe. You will establish and stabilize site operations during the initial setup, manage facilities, vendor governance, asset control, and regulatory compliance to support business continuity and employee experience.

You will drive standardized processes, manage GA budget, oversee travel, onboarding, and relocation, and coordinate internal communications and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in General Affairs or facility operations in manufacturing.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and facility operations.
• Experience with site setup and operational stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve GA policies, standards, and procedures for MSCe.
• Oversee and optimize workplace operations for scalable site management.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle including procurement and disposal.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiating contracts, and cost optimization.
• Oversee employee services including travel coordination and relocation support.
• Maintain corporate administrative infrastructure and internal communications.
• Ensure site security systems and access controls.
• Plan and execute company-wide events to enhance culture.
• Manage GA budget including planning and tracking.
• Drive site operational readiness during setup and ramp-up.
