Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Production Control & Material Management Assistant Manager at MSCe in South Carolina to lead end-to-end production planning, BOM and EO management, and ERP/master data governance. The role drives procurement operations, supplier performance, KPI management and cost optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth new model launches.

Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will secure stable supply and continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in production control, procurement, or supply chain operations (automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred).
• Experience with supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production plans and BOM management.
• Manage EO changes and EPI system development.
• Maintain ERP master data and supplier master data governance.
• Ensure customs compliance and duty optimization.
• Lead supplier governance and risk management.
