Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in material planning, logistics, or warehouse ops (auto experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM/WM preferred).
• Experience with supplier management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material surplus and shortages against OEM demand.
• Manage material supply for mass production, CKD, pilot builds, and EO parts.
• Define and manage optimal inventory coverage (days of inventory).
• Establish warehouse zoning and storage space allocation by material type.
• Control inbound, production issuance, and real-time inventory status.
• Analyze root causes of backlog and implement corrective actions.
• Manage outbound processes for non-conforming materials and inter-account transfers.
• Validate inventory transactions and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Lead logistics cost analysis and improvement initiatives.
