Job summary

Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) seeks an experienced General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead GA functions, ensuring efficient site operations, robust vendor management, and a safe, compliant workplace during the initial setup and ramp-up of the MSCe site.

The role oversees asset control, facility operations, employee services, and regulatory compliance, driving readiness, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across GA activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in General Affairs, facility operations, or workplace management.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and facility operations.
• Experience in site setup and operational stabilization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GA policies, standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee and optimize workplace operations for scalable site management.
• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management including procurement and disposal.
• Manage facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Oversee employee services including travel coordination and relocation.
• Maintain corporate administrative infrastructure and internal comms.
• Ensure site security systems and access controls.
• Plan and execute company-wide events to enhance culture and employee experience.
• Own GA budget including planning, tracking and cost optimization.
• Make independent decisions within GA scope.
• Drive site operational readiness during ramp-up.
