Job summary

Weibel Auto Group is seeking a General Accounting Associate to join our team in a dealership office environment. Prior automotive dealership office experience is highly desired, but others with comparable backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities include posting invoices, reconciling statements, disbursing checks, balancing statements, preparing accounts for payments, verifying data in the system, and following up on past due accounts.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive dealership office experience is highly desired.
• Experience with a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Accounting degree preferred but not required.

Pay Range

$16.00 to $21.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications
