uniQure is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead payer strategy and education across an assigned US territory. You will navigate buy-and-bill, coding, and reimbursement processes to ensure patient access to our gene therapy products.

The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to remove barriers in the patient journey. Travel 50%+ will be required as you partner with treatment centers, payors, and field leadership, all while upholding strict

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• Rare disease experience is essential; gene therapy experience strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in field reimbursement, market access, or related areas.
• Demonstrated success launching a high-value, high-innovation product within the last 3 years.
• Deep understanding of US reimbursement, including buy-and-bill and payer processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the field-based reimbursement expert within an assigned territory.
• Educate treatment sites on coverage, coding, and claims submission.
• Support end-to-end reimbursement journey including prior authorizations and appeals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare centers of excellence.
• Travel extensively within the territory (50%+).
