Job summary

ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. seeks a part-time facilitator to lead cognitive-based intervention groups in Wisconsin.

This role involves delivering the approved curriculum, maintaining client records, and collaborating with staff to ensure ethical, confidential service delivery. The ideal candidate will have an associate's or higher in human services or criminal justice, at least 2 years facilitating cognitive-based programming and experience with correctional clients from diverse

Qualifications

• Facilitate cognitive-based programming sessions using approved curriculum.
• Record progress and maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating cognitive-based programming.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with correctional clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients in group sessions using the approved curriculum.
• Complete and maintain accurate records of progress and services provided.
• Evaluate client participation by monitoring behavior, attitude and progress.
• Report safety and security concerns to the appropriate party.
• Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors and agents to ensure quality service.
