Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 60 college credits, and a valid driver's license; experience with custody of inmates/residents is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role in California.

The Program Facilitator, Community Corrections conducts various programs in a group setting to residents assigned to residential and non-residential programs. Interviews and assesses prospective program participants to determine individual and group needs. Implements a wide range of programs.
