Job summary

URBN Staff Engineer (GenAI) role focused on building production-ready image and video generation pipelines for AI-first creative experiences at URBN. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or operationalizing image generation systems (diffusion, multimodal pipelines).
• Experience with AI development tools and agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python with PyTorch or Hugging Face for model serving and inference.
• Strong API design, distributed systems, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
• CI/CD, TDD, and collaboration across technical and creative teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready image and video generation pipelines.
• Develop agentic workflows and microservices to orchestrate generative AI.
• Implement prompt management systems and quality gates.
• Integrate multimodal models into production workflows for tagging and captioning.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Champion full-stack algorithm engineering best practices.
