Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks an Associate Director to lead the Agentic Standards & Context Intelligence pillar within the CoE. You will own enterprise standards and the shared context layer that enables agents to reason with consistent business meaning across brands, channels, vendors, and KPIs.

You will partner with responsible AI, engineering, data, governance, and business activation teams to ensure standards are published and activated in day-to-day AI agent development and deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or related STEM field
• Experience defining and driving adoption of technical standards, playbooks, or frameworks in a large, matrixed organization
• Hands-on understanding of the GenAI agent lifecycle (design, deploy, monitor, improve) including retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience with context engineering concepts applied to AI systems—grounding, retrieval strategy, semantic definitions, or shared context layers
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across engineering, data, product, and governance functions

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Standards vision, playbooks, and standards across the full agent lifecycle
• Own the context intelligence strategy: ontology, knowledge graph, semantic definitions, and metric registries
• Elevate context handling as a measurable platform component with governance and health metrics
• Drive adoption and enablement through starter kits, reference patterns, and developer integrations
• Align CoE standards with enterprise architecture, data, and governance functions
• Collaborate with responsible-AI, governance, engagement, and platform teams to translate standards into reusable patterns
• Establish metrics for adoption, context quality, and business impact with feedback loops
