Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Agentic Standards & Context Intelligence pillar within the GenAI & Agentic Center of Excellence in Human Health. You will define enterprise standards, playbooks, and shared context frameworks for commercial AI agents.

The role involves leading a technical team, driving adoption of standards, and collaborating with governance and engineering teams across the organization. Hybrid work with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM; experience in defining technical standards and driving adoption in large, matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI agent lifecycle including retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and guardrails.
• Expertise in context engineering concepts such as grounding and semantic definitions.
• Stakeholder influence experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve technical standards across the agent lifecycle.
• Oversee strategy for shared, governed context layers (ontologies, knowledge graphs, semantics).
• Elevate context management as platform infrastructure and promote standards adoption.
• Ensure enterprise alignment and partner with governance and engineering teams.
• Establish metrics for standards and context quality and lead a technical team.
