Job summary

Dell Technologies' ISG Developer Experience in Hopkinton, MA seeks an Agentic Context Engineering Architect & AI Practitioner to design, build, and operate enterprise AI harness and context frameworks for secure, scalable AI-assisted software development.

You will collaborate with security, architecture, product, and infra teams, and contribute to AI workflows, retrieval architectures, and platform integrations to accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Deep understanding of context engineering concepts and prompt orchestration.
• Experience building platforms that manage knowledge retrieval and agent memory at scale.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into actionable technical guidance across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate the enterprise AI Harness for secure, scalable AI-assisted software development.
• Develop context engineering frameworks for agent knowledge retrieval and memory management.
• Architect context management services, including ingestion, retrieval, and governance.
• Design agent memory frameworks and ensure consistent behavior across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Cybersecurity, Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
• Drive relevance scoring, retrieval quality, and token utilization optimization.
• Define standards for knowledge structures and information quality.
• Advance observability, evaluation, and continuous improvement across the AI harness ecosystem.
