Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering/CS/related field.
• 6 years experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• 6 years experience coding in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI/agentic product support for internal and external customers, end-to-end.
• Architect, parse, and query data across Google Cloud storage platforms; Build and debug data pipelines.
• Partner with engineering product management to influence product roadmaps and release direction.
• Troubleshoot issues and help partners resolve them; build internal tools powered by Agentic toolkits and Gen AI offerings.
• Stay up-to-date on Gen AI and related technologies, sharing knowledge.
