Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6 years of experience coding with Java, C/C++, Python.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI/agentic product support for internal and external customers, end-to-end.
• Architect, parse, and query data across Google Cloud storage platforms; build data pipelines.
• Partner with engineering product management to influence roadmaps and releases.
• Troubleshoot issues and help partners resolve them; build internal tools with GenAI toolkits.
• Stay up-to-date on Gen AI advancements and share knowledge.
