Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work is seeking a seasoned software professional to lead the delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions across enterprise systems.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI applications, APIs, and automated workflows, while ensuring governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development, analysis, or data integration.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI automation.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and relational databases.
• Proficient in Python; APIs and system integrations.
• Familiar with Agile, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and source control.
• Understanding of security, privacy, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions for Morgan Stanley at Work.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance AI applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
• Support GenAI use cases using LLMs, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, and AI platforms.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, release, and production support.
• Drive Agile development practices, backlog management, and coordination of onshore/offshore resources.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Monitor solution performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve user adoption and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology, product, risk, compliance, and business teams across the organization.
