Job summary

AWS is seeking a GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable GenAI architectures across Education, State & Local Government, and GovTech sectors. You will collaborate with AWS Sellers, Professional Services and Partners to move customers toward production using Bedrock, SageMaker, and related AI/ML services.

Based in US locations such as Dallas, Seattle or Washington DC, you will craft architecture, proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos, influencing product roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 8+ years in technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor on GenAI solutions for strategic Education, State & Local Government, and GovTech/EdTech customers.
• Lead architecture design sessions, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept engagements for complex GenAI opportunities.
• Provide expert-level guidance on GenAI architectures, model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG patterns, and responsible AI implementation
