Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to help US customers design and adopt GenAI and ML solutions.

You will work with field sales, engineering, and service teams to architect RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and production ML systems across industries. You will develop reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, and demos to enable customers to leverage AWS GenAI tools such as Bedrock, SageMaker, and Nova models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that maximize the AWS cloud platform and AI/ML services for customers.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, whitepapers, and public events.
• Serve as a technical liaison to provide customer feedback and guide product improvement.
