Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack application architect, designer, and developer using modern languages, frameworks, and software engineering tools.
• Expertise in modern software architecture, application design, engineering practices, and enterprise software delivery.
• Fluency with current GenAI coding tools, models, and development platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software systems using GenAI-assisted development approaches.
• Experience leading large-scale technical transformation and cultural change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of software development governance, risk management, security controls, and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead education, enablement, and adoption of GenAI tools and practices across software development teams.
• Define and communicate a GenAI software engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Advise on GenAI software development tooling, models, market direction, and regulated practices.
• Evolve software development practices, standards, governance, and delivery models for AI-assisted development.
• Address AI-enabled engineering operating model questions involving code reviews, team composition, and productivity models.
• Drive cultural and organizational change for large-scale GenAI development-tool adoption.
• Partner with technology leaders and managers on adoption models and change management.
• Educate and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams on controls and regulatory alignment.
• Represent development teams with central engineering and architecture groups.
• Coordinate initiatives and share lessons learned across application development organizations.
• Monitor industry developments and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Forecast future GenAI development changes and prepare the organization strategically.
