Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking talented Full-Stack Software Engineers to join a cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models. We are looking for hands-on contributors who can ship production-grade software across multiple languages and collaborate with researchers and engineers.

You will work with Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, and TypeScript, shipping production code and integrating frontier-model APIs, with a focus on fast iteration and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript and working knowledge of a second language.
• Experience with backend services, frontend framework (React), databases, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to onboard quickly and deliver working code with minimal ramp-up.
• Clear written communication and demonstrated career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and tools across Python/Java/Rust/C#/C++/TypeScript.
• Integrate pre-release model APIs into live software, including scaffolding and telemetry.
• Diagnose model and integration issues and document findings for the research team.
• Prototype quickly against shifting requirements, delivering working increments.
• Collaborate with the engineering manager and peers to maintain code quality and documentation.
