Qualifications

• Creative Problem Solver: 0-2 years of experience with projects demonstrating ability to build web apps.
• Modern Tech Stack: Foundational Python and TypeScript/React skills.
• AI Native Workflow: Comfortable using AI coding assistants and LLMs.
• Architectural Curiosity: Interest in LangGraph, LangChain, agentic design patterns.
• Cloud & DevOps Foundations: Familiarity with Docker, Git, and AWS or Azure.
• Agile Mindset: Proactive, fast-paced learner exploring new tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and investment pros to build AI tools.
• Prototype new solutions with AI-assisted coding to accelerate MVP cycles.
• Refine Invesco's Generative AI platform with prompts and agentic workflows.
• Deliver cloud-native microservices and UI components integrated with AI layers.
• Build validations and guardrails for agent frameworks across business use cases.
• Apply AI-first engineering to scale agentic systems with high code quality.
