Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and support critical processes and platforms driving daily operations for the GenAI business.

You will translate complex requirements between technical teams and operators, influencing product direction with data-driven insights. You will own high-priority initiatives, modernize tooling with agents, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Operations, TPM, Strategy & Operations, or delivery operations in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong product sense with ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives.
• Cross-functional operator who can influence Product, Engineering, and Ops without direct authority.
• Familiarity with GenAI data business and how projects are staffed and run.
• Degree in CS or STEM; ability to perform independent data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset; comfortable building 0-to-1 processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the ops ⇄ product connection, surfacing operators' needs and shaping a data-driven product roadmap.
• Modernize operations tooling with agents; partner with engineering to connect tools and iterate workflows.
• Drive top-priority, operations-intensive initiatives from planning to adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and monitor performance.
• Be the voice of the operator across Scale's Product and Engineering teams with proactive feedback.
• Leverage SQL/Python analytics to quantify impact, guide prioritization, and validate shipped solutions.
