Job summary

Wipro is seeking an AI Lead (Generative AI) to drive practice development, strategy, and execution from Tampa, FL or Irving, TX. The role requires leadership in AI-powered product engineering, asset building, and cross-functional collaboration with CXO-level stakeholders.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong Python and AI tooling skills, and a proven ability to guide Google alliance-based solutions and industry adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in AI consulting, product management or similar leadership roles.
• Ability to lead practice, own strategy and execution, and build assets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to prompt engineering and development of AI-powered workflows.
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with GenAI advancements and share learnings with the team.
