Job summary
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer - GenAI/AI Automation/AWS to join the Consumer and Community Banking team. You will apply deep knowledge of infrastructure engineering to evolve services, drive cost efficiency, and enable scalable GenAI-enabled automation across all lifecycle phases.

Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud technologies and cost-management tools.
- Proven experience leveraging GenAI/agentic AI to automate software delivery and cost-optimisation solutions.
- Hands-on FinOps experience with AWS cost optimization and governance practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and integration of GenAI-powered agents across the application and infrastructure lifecycle to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Identify and prioritize cloud-cost optimization opportunities using GenAI models and data tooling.
- Collaborate to design, implement, and scale GenAI-based cost-optimization recommendations and best practices.
- Architect automation runbooks and policy-as-code initiatives to enhance cost governance and resiliency.
- Engage stakeholders to communicate FinOps principles and GenAI capabilities, maintaining dashboards of savings.
