Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking an AI Engineer – GenAI Platform Support to configure, secure, deploy, and support enterprise GenAI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, and Glean. You will troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with vendors, and drive production feature releases.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and a solid understanding of cloud environments, security, and enterprise workflow integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI
• Experience with Python or R for AI/software development
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning
• Experience integrating AI into business workflows
• Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise app environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and support enterprise GenAI platforms including Claude, OpenAI, and Glean.
• Manage Entra groups, security settings, scoped access, and cybersecurity approvals.
• Troubleshoot bugs and coordinate with platform vendors for resolution.
• Develop technical solutions for client app management and required security controls.
• Support feature releases, pilots, approvals, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI/ML development techniques.
• Support enterprise AI platforms while following Zero-Trust and security standards.
