Job summary

AWS NAMER Specialist Organization is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect leader to scale our GenAI/ML business in Auto/Mfg and Media & Entertainment segments. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to define the technical strategy and build a high-performing team of Solution Architects.

As the voice of the customer, you will work with product teams to evolve GenAI/ML offerings, prioritize workloads, and drive long-term growth with top-tier enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience

Responsibilities

• Defining strategic workloads to drive technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Helping Sales prioritize GenAI/ML for their customers.
• Building a high-performing team of deeply technical Solution Architects.
• Collaborating with product and GenAI/ML teams to address issues and requests.
• Analyzing customer insights from business drivers and operating metrics.
