Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to help US customers design and deploy GenAI and ML solutions. You will work with field sales teams, architecting using Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker AI, and Nova models, while shaping agentic AI workflows and scalable inference pipelines.

Travel up to 30% is required. You will develop blogs, reference implementations, and workshops to enable customers to leverage generative AI on AWS, and provide product feedback to drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, systems, data).
• 3+ years designing/consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development/consulting in software or internet industries.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/ML, including agent frameworks and RAG pipelines.
• Experience building AI agents and production ML systems preferred.
• Strong math/statistics background; solution architecture exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions using AWS AI/ML services for diverse customers.
• Collaborate with field SAs, sales, and service teams to drive adoption.
• Evangelize GenAI/ML best practices through blogs, workshops, and talks.
• Act as liaison between customers and AI service teams for feedback.
• Develop internal GenAI subject matter expertise across the AMERICAS.
