Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to help customers design and implement GenAI-powered solutions using AWS AI/ML services across the AMERICAS. You will collaborate with customers’ development and data science teams to craft scalable ML pipelines and drive adoption of SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe and other services.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration with SAs, Sales, and service teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in software development, cloud computing, or data analytics.
3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
5+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

Work with customers’ development and data science teams to deeply understand their needs and design solutions using AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe, Personalize, and more.
Partner with Solutions Architects, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS for SageMaker and related GenAI services.
Thought Leadership – Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and the AWS SageMaker or other service teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback.
Develop and support an internal AWS GenAI-focused community in the AMERICAS.
