Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to empower AMERICAS customers with ML/GenAI solutions using SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition and other AWS AI services.

You will design scalable ML pipelines, collaborate with ISVs, and drive GenAI adoption across the region. As a SME, you will work with field SAs to develop reference architectures, white papers, and presentations, and you will relay customer feedback to product teams to influence AWS AI/ML platform

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Experience with AWS ML/AI services and GenAI space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions using AWS cloud platform and AI/ML services for AMERICAS customers.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue.
• Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices via blogs, whitepapers, and events.
• Liaise between customers and service teams to drive product improvements and collect feedback.
