Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to help customers design and deploy ML/GenAI solutions using AWS services across the AMERICAS. The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, technical teams, and customers to drive adoption and successful outcomes.

The position requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong math/statistics background, and the ability to influence stakeholders, present technical guidance, and shape product direction. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, cloud, or data domain areas.
• 3+ years in applications or infrastructures design/consulting.
• Experience in a technical sales role.
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS and GenAI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML teams to accelerate adoption and revenue for SageMaker and GenAI services in AMERICAS.
• Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through forums, blogs, and public events.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams for product feedback and improvements.
• Develop internal GenAI subject matter expertise across the AMERICAS.
