Job summary

AWS Global Sales seeks a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to design GenAI solutions for US customers, leveraging Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services. You will work with customer teams to deploy scalable GenAI pipelines and help drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platforms.

Travel up to 30% across the United States may be required. You will collaborate with service teams, publish white papers, and advocate for customer-driven feature requests to improve the GenAI platform.

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in AI/ML and deep learning.
• Mathematics and statistics background preferred.
• Familiarity with genAI vendor ecosystems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers’ development and data science teams to design AWS-based GenAI solutions.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and service teams to drive adoption and revenue for SageMaker and GenAI services.
• Evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, and public events.
• Act as technical liaison to provide customer-driven feedback to SageMaker and other services.
• Develop internal GenAI SME community in the Americas.
