Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GenAI solutions using Vertex AI with RAG pipelines.
• Customize LLMs for healthcare domains aligned with CMS requirements.
• Lead prompt tuning, LoRA/PEFT, and chain-of-thought prompting initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and steer model customization and responsible GenAI practices.
• Experiment with task-driven AI agents interacting with APIs and healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate with product/clinical teams to meet HIPAA, CMS, and quality standards.
• Oversee Agile development and maintain documentation on Confluence.
