Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing at top-tier brands.
• Hands-on evaluation of LLM/AI model outputs against rubrics or scoring criteria.
• Clear career progression in marketing roles (Manager → Director/VP).
• Willingness to engage for at least 35 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams on brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning tasks.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant marketing tasks and write accurate, well-reasoned solutions.
• Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics and provide clear feedback on correctness and reasoning quality.
• Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics for marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
