Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional marketing experience at a top-tier organization.
• Hands-on experience evaluating LLM/AI outputs against rubrics or scoring criteria is mandatory.
• Visible career progression from Marketing Manager to Director/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams on brand strategy, growth marketing and campaign reasoning.
• Design domain-relevant marketing tasks and write well-reasoned solutions grounded in practice.
• Evaluate AI model outputs against rubrics and provide clear feedback on correctness and reasoning.
• Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics for marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure training data accuracy.
