• Career progression from Marketing Manager to Director/VP.
• Ability to commit at least 35 hours per week on weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams on brand strategy and growth marketing.
• Design marketing tasks and provide well-reasoned solutions grounded in real marketing practice.
• Evaluate AI model outputs against rubrics and provide feedback on correctness and reasoning.
• Develop evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics for marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure training data accuracy.
