Cincinnatus LLC is seeking a Marketing SME to help validate and refine AI training data for cutting-edge GenAI models. This W-2 role places you within our extended workforce and at the AI Lab partner, contributing strategic marketing judgment to model evaluation and training data curation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing at top brands, hands-on experience evaluating AI outputs, and a proven leadership trajectory.

Qualifications

8+ years of marketing experience at top-tier brands.
Hands-on experience evaluating AI model outputs against rubrics.
Demonstrated career progression from Marketing Manager to Director/VP.
Available for at least 35 hours per week on weekdays.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Guide research and engineering teams to close knowledge gaps in brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning tasks.
Design challenging, domain-relevant marketing tasks and write accurate, well-reasoned solutions grounded in real marketing practice.
Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics and provide clear, written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality.
Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics for marketing tasks.
Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
