Epsilon is seeking a Campaign Architect to own the technical and strategic deliverables for a portfolio of clients using marketing automation platforms. You will lead GenAI-enabled, data-driven solutions and mentor technical leads while collaborating with project managers, developers and sales teams.

You will design and implement enterprise-scale marketing automation architectures, ensure testing, security, and performance, and develop AI-driven standards and knowledge sharing across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying software.
• 5+ years in an architect role.
• Strong Analytics & MarTech knowledge including marketing automation.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Braze, Iterable, Acoustic).
• Experience in API development and AI model deployment.
• Two or more certifications in marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of marketing automation platform solutions for clients.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery managers for projects 6 months to 2 years.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements, testing, performance and security.
• Identify technical design risks and mitigation approaches.
• Provide level-of-effort estimates for the technical portion of solutions.
• Lead development resources building middleware and integrations across platforms.
• Establish standard processes for development within marketing automation platforms.
• Assemble work packages with requirements and high-level design.
• Iterate to ensure team has information to take ownership through development.
• Manage multiple, competing priorities.
