Job summary

Capgemini in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead GenAI Engineer to design, build and lead AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities for automated lineage discovery and evidence generation. The role focuses on GenAI/LLM tech to analyze enterprise assets and generate structured metadata and lineage insights.

Collaborate with data engineers, backend and UI developers, evaluating model performance and extraction quality while aligning with Capgemini standards and policies.

Qualifications

• GenAI / LLMs expertise for building AI-enabled metadata extraction.
• Proficient in Python programming for data processing workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering to optimize model outputs.
• Knowledge of GCP services for ML/data pipelines.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
• Experience with databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Neo4j graph databases.
• Experience with React.js and frontend integration (nice-to-have).
• CI/CD practices for ML/AI deployments.
