Job summary

Capgemini in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly experienced Solution Technical Lead to drive the architecture technical strategy and overall solution delivery for an enterprise Data Lineage and AI Metadata Platform initiative. The candidate will define target state architecture, establish technical standards, and lead cross functional engineering teams throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

Experience with data lineage, data transformation and metadata management.
Proficient in ETL/ELT design and data modeling using canonical models.
Experience with API integration design and cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architecture and technical roadmap.
Design canonical data models and metadata frameworks.
Establish data extraction and lineage generation strategies.
Act as Design Authority for all architecture reviews and technical decisions.
Define integration patterns across source systems metadata repositories APIs and governance platforms.
Lead technical reviews code quality initiatives and architectural governance.
Ensure scalability security performance and maintainability of solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product teams and engineering leads.
Mentor engineers and establish development best practices.
