Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Gen AI Architect to define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap, spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and inference pipelines. This role leads LLM/RAG integration and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in enterprise AI/ML, deep experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and cloud AI deployments, plus strong governance and CI/CD for AI/ML.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI/ML architecture in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Deep understanding of data workflows, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services tailored for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with model governance, security, explainability, and ethical AI standards.
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML, including model versioning, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap, including GenAI use cases.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, inference pipelines, and monitoring.
• Lead integration of LLMs and RAG frameworks using LangChain/LangGraph or similar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML tools, cloud services, frameworks, and libraries per use case.
• Ensure models adhere to governance, security, explainability, and ethical AI standards.
• Guide engineering teams in implementation of AI components for scalability and performance.
• Partner with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for AI including model versioning and deployment automation.
• Keep abreast of industry research and emerging AI trends.
