Job summary

Synechron in Charlotte, NC seeks a Generative AI Architect to lead design and delivery of secure, scalable enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and cloud technologies.

You will define GenAI architecture standards, guide engineering teams, evaluate models and platforms, and partner with product, data, security and business stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on GenAI experience, and a track record delivering production‑grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/AI or related field.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM solution delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define GenAI architecture, strategy, and roadmap.
• Design scalable solutions with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Evaluate models, platforms, and build-versus-buy options.
• Set standards for prompt engineering, LLMOps, security and governance.
