Job summary

A leading training and consulting firm is seeking an expert in AI and machine learning to design and deliver impactful training programs. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in corporate training with a proven track record in delivering workshops for large enterprises. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on training on AI implementation and adapting content for diverse technical audiences. Strong familiarity with developing corporate AI strategies is essential. This role is only available to US candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on training programs focused on AI workflow implementation.
• Conduct live, instructor-led workshops on Agentic AI workflows.
• Train participants on implementing AI workflows from scratch.

• 20+ years of experience in corporate training, consulting, or enterprise learning.
• Proven track record of delivering trainings for large MNCs, preferably including Google, Microsoft, BCG, Apple, Meta etc
• Only US candidates can apply
• Strong expertise in:
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning fundamentals
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Enterprise AI adoption and governance
• Extensive experience in corporate workshop facilitation and instructor‑led training.

Good to have:

• Experience training enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, security, and governance
• Prior role as a Principal Engineer, Architect, or AI Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on training programs specifically focused on AI workflow implementation.
• Conduct live, instructor‑led workshops covering:
• Agentic AI workflows and orchestration patterns
• Lead build‑along labs and live coding sessions for enterprise technical teams.
• Train participants on:
• Implementing AI workflows from scratch
• Debugging and optimizing GenAI pipelines
• Moving AI use cases from PoC to production
• Adapt training delivery for different audiences (developers, AI engineers, solution architects).
• Continuously update training content based on evolving AI tools and enterprise best practices.
