PhoenixTeam is seeking a Generative AI Trainer to educate employees and client teams on using AI tools safely and effectively in daily work. You will design practical workshops, create reusable learning materials, and coach learners through real business tasks, emphasizing responsible use and human review.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief AI Engineer, you will facilitate live sessions, develop curricula, and measure impact with feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in training, facilitation, enablement, or related field.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) including prompting and verification.
• Experience designing training content (presentations, guides, job aids, demos).
• Demonstrated live and virtual facilitation across technical and non-technical learners.
• Judgment on confidentiality, data privacy, and AI content accuracy.
• Strong organization and ability to coordinate multiple training activities.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging live and virtual generative AI workshops for employees and client staff.
• Develop reusable curricula, slides, exercises, prompts, quick-start guides, job aids, and demos.
• Coach individuals and groups on AI tools for drafting, research, analysis, and documentation; teach prompting and verification.
• Teach responsible use of AI including privacy, confidentiality, data inputs, bias, and human review.
• Coordinate training cohorts, schedules, materials, feedback while managing priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and adoption data; share insights.
• Stay current on AI tools and policy changes; revise content through feedback loop.
• Partner with the Managing Director and stakeholders to align instruction with needs and guardrails.
