Amazon is seeking an Applied Scientist II to advance our growth agent vision for seller recommendations in Seattle, WA. You will apply GenAI techniques to solve business problems, work with engineers and economists, and push models into production to help sour sellers grow their businesses.

You will communicate insights to stakeholders with varying technical levels and contribute to research through collaboration with teams and academia.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python.
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, data mining, and parallel computing.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve SP growth via GenAI solutions.
• Design roadmaps for complex science projects for scalable Seller experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet latency and system constraints.
• Communicate science innovations to internal and external communities.
