Job summary

PNC is seeking a Data Expert within its GenAI Governance team. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Denver, Dallas or Birmingham and focuses on executing GenAI SOC evaluations for high-impact use cases.

You will work with solution owners and leadership to ensure governance standards are met, provide actionable feedback, and help refine SOC processes and tools while identifying risks and remediation needs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with relevant data and governance exposure.
• Experience applying governance standards and SOC processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute GenAI SOC evaluations for complex use cases.
• Review architectures, data sources, and testing results for integrity.
• Provide structured SOC feedback to owners and governance stakeholders.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track SOC progress.
• Identify risk and remediation needs and escalate systemic issues.
