Job summary
PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist to lead the deployment of Copilot agents and GenAI solutions across Pittsburgh, Raleigh, and Charlotte. You will collaborate with business teams to translate opportunities into scalable automation and ensure governance, risk controls, and user adoption are embedded.
You will refine prompts, connect to approved data sources, and monitor agent performance while staying current on AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar agent platforms.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Solid grasp of prompt engineering and LLM strengths and limitations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Copilot Studio solutions that streamline work across the business.
- Partner with business teams to spot GenAI opportunities and turn them into scalable agents.
- Connect agents to approved repositories.
- Write and refine prompts and conversation flows so agents give accurate, consistent responses.
- Navigate AI governance, model risk, and intake processes from use case classification to approval.
- Test, monitor, and continuously improve agent performance.
- Document solutions clearly and help users get the most out of them.
- Champion responsible AI, including transparency, human oversight, and data protection.
- Stay current on Copilot and GenAI capabilities and bring new ideas forward.
