Job summary

Dexian in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build GenAI-enabled applications and integrations across the Product Delivery Lifecycle. You will collaborate with Brokerage and Enterprise teams to deploy practical solutions that improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

You will contribute to scalable web services, leverage Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and cloud-native development, while working in Agile delivery teams and aligning with DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 5+ years building full stack apps.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI (React/Angular).
• Experience designing scalable web apps, Agile teams, AWS, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, system design fundamentals; AI tools a plus.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI-enabled applications, services, and integrations for product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PM, BA, UX, Eng, QA.
• Integrate enterprise AI tools into existing workflows and platforms.
• Champion reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices; support CI/CD, testing & monitoring.
