Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, Eng, Stats, OR) or equivalent experience.
• Experience building GenAI apps including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning.
• Proven ability deploying production-grade GenAI solutions in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using latest Databricks AI research techniques.
• Own production rollouts of GenAI apps for customers and internal use.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across multiple domains.
• Present at conferences and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
